• Each Family will be responsible for the cost of their meal. Note that we are responsible to provide utensils, plates, cups and any pans and pots required for cooking. We will still have to coordinate this. There are two large coffee urns at the hall. Mel has graciously offered to supply the coffee plus crushed ice and bottled water for all of us for the weekend. If you will be bringing food that requires refrigeration, it would be recommended that you bring a cooler just in case the fridge at the Hall becomes too full. Finally, if you wish to enjoy a beer or a glass of wine, it will be BYOB. I need to confirm that we can get a liquor license.
** Generation 3 will share the cost.
